Alison Doody
Alison Doody is a Dublin native, born into a rich family in Dublin, Ireland in 1966. Alison is the youngest among three siblings. She studied in a nunnery, and developed an interest to the arts. She later studied at an institution called the National College of Fine Arts in Dublin in Ireland, but quit because she was not motivated and decided to take a year off to think about it. In the meantime, while she was chatting with group of friends in a cafe, she was approached by a photographer who inquired about her interest to model. The model agreed because she would be able to use the money for pockets money. Modeling proved to be both profitable and enjoyable, and within a short time, she began to model professionally. Modeling contracts led to commercials and she also traveled around the world. After watching her performance and being urged to get into modeling. After she turned 19 an agent from the casting department sent her to London and she was able to win an audition for the role of A View to a Kill the newest James Bond film. Acting was her passion and she ultimately decided to pursue a career as an actor. Her first movie was followed by a few of TV productions in London as well as Dublin. However, her breakthrough was in 1989, when she appeared as the role of Aryan Seductress, Dr. Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
